Spa Etiquette

The minimum age required to access the Spa is 16 years.

For health reasons, treatments are not recommended when you have a full stomach, and no treatment will be given to any guest under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We suggest to avoid any hair removal or shaving a few hours preceding your treatment. When making an appointment, please notify the staff about any allergies or health problems that might affect your experience. Please also keep a low tone of voice and turn off your phones or other devices.

In order to cancel a reservation we kindly request you to call directly the SPA at least 24 hours in advance your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
